This Privacy Policy describes how cecchin.co, the trade name of FAMILIA VERUS PRAEDIUM LLC, a Florida limited liability company (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you communicate with us, and how we handle financial account information in our own internal financial management.

  • Each platform’s own privacy practices also apply to that service.

5. Financial account information (Plaid)

We use Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect financial accounts held by the company and its affiliated entities. Plaid securely accesses information from the financial institutions we authorize — such as account balances, transactions, and account identifiers — so that we can maintain consolidated financial management and reporting across our own entities.

  • We use financial information solely for internal financial management, reporting, budgeting, and tax-preparation purposes.
  • We do not sell financial information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing.
  • Plaid’s handling of your information is governed by Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy, available at plaid.com/legal.
  • You may revoke account connections at any time by contacting us at hello@cecchin.co, and we will disconnect the relevant accounts.

6. How we share information

We share personal information only in limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate (including Plaid), bound by confidentiality.
  • When required by law, court order, or lawful authority request.
  • With our professional advisors (accountants, attorneys), bound by professional confidentiality.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal obligations.
  • Withdraw consent for communications or disconnect any linked financial accounts.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top indicates the last revision.
